Ghana is gradually becoming the Dubai of Africa. Its
peaceful political environment has been the motivating factor attracting many
investors especially from the real estate sector. The country which has the
best mayor in Africa must possess certain traits to merit that accolade.
Describing Ghana as the gate way to Africa is seen by many as a parody of Dubai
in the Persian Gulf. This might sound true if only we fail to look beyond our

Accra has seen enough development in terms of construction.

than 10 acres of land in Kumasi a region in Ghana. It has 600 sq. meters of
dancing fountain which is the first of its kind in the continent. It also has a

facilities. This park will be the new destination for many tourists who are
planning to visit Africa.
The on-going Petronia city in the Western Region will become
the most expensive and luxurious city in the continent. This city when
completed will be the first fully integrated business hub for Africa’s Oil and
Gas industries. Within this city, there will also be the Energy City and the
Gulf city. The Energy city will also be the first of its kind in the sub
region. The Golf city which will be developing on a 365 acre of land will also
be the first to be seen in West Africa. International Championship will be
organized in this city and lovers of Golf their wealthy sympathizers will
travel into the country. This city has already attracted the attention of some international
media houses including CNN.
Ghana will very soon be the tourist hub for many expatriates
who visit Africa. This is just the beginning of the new Africa.
